How to make your hotel registration online

1. Contact your General Secretary or President to find out what your organisation's Member ID is, and your personal Participant ID.
2. Your Participant ID is generated automatically when you were designated as a Congress Participant.
3. Go to the EI 5th World Congress website ( http://www.ei-ie.org/congress5/) and in the Participant Login box, enter your Member ID and Participant ID.
4. Click on the "Make your Hotel Reservation" button.
5. You have a choice of single, double or twin room to choose from.
6. In your Online Congress account, you may also update your personal particulars, choose to attend a pre-congress event or breakout sessions as well as apply for a support letter for your visa application.
