Dennis Shirley is Professor of Education at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College in the United States. He is Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Educational Change and one of the world’s leading researchers on educational change. His most recent book is entitled The New Imperatives of Educational Change: Achievement with Integrity. With Boston Public School teacher leader Elizabeth MacDonald, he has recently published a second edition of The Mindful Teacher, a best-selling resource for staff developers.
